  The Pharmacist Discriminates against Certain Customers Refuses To fill Legal Written Prescriptions Due to her Personal Bias Of Medical Doctors particularly Ashmead Ali LIC#G78625 Tells Cusromers she does not have Certain medications in Stock However When The Rite Aid pharmacist calls to ask if she has the medication in She states she has the medication She just does not want to fill it for the Specfic Customer who Brought the Script That happened to me on 5/28/15 She questions Customers what they are being prescribed the medication for Upon Knowlage of their medical condition she states She knew someone with a similar condition she also States that it is not painful and that the customer does not need The prescribed medication Because their not In pain However she is not a Certified Medical Doctor to make such statments I have been going to this pharmacy for over a year being it is the only pharmacy within my transportation limits that i can go to i have been going to my local doctor for 13 years And have never Had a issue with my medication or His Diagnosis Up until Recently The pharmacist Brings up the fact of His personal Legal Matters that has nothing to do with me as A paitent with a Legal Medical Condition I was recently in a head on Car collison Accident and Suffer from Severe Whiplsh and permanant nerve damage to my neck and Spine i also Have thoracic scoliosis and Lumbar scoliosis prior to my car accident i work in pain Every day Reciving loads bending walking for hours Lifting heavy shipments Stocking shelfs Ect The medication my doctor prescribes Helps me Get through My daily Responsibilites in minimal Pain so that i can Provide for my Family I have been in Severe neck and back Pain since 5/15/15 Today i went to the pharmacy Becuse on 5/28/15 i was told to try back next week by california city pharmacy and thats not the 1st time she has told me to come back in a week i return then se says try two weeks it has been 13 days And today the Pharmacy Assistent Says to me when i Inquire about my prescription that she "Does not think they have it in Stock " the pharmacist States that i need to just keep Checking I was Informed By a Customer that was in the Pharmacy that He was Just given a Refil on the medication i Have a legal Script for I feel as Though i Have been Getting Discriminated Against Due to The pharmacist Personal Bias Of My Medical Doctor Ashmead Ali
  I feel as thought the constant delay and denial of a chronic pain patient’s legitimate prescription is a violation of my civil rights under the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) Being that the pharmacist Has a Personal bias Against my Doctor i feel that she is Using unprofessional conduct I Suggest to anyone who Has experianced What i Have to go through to file a ADA, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Against this Pharmacy Because This Type of Misconduct Should not be Allowed and No one Should feel like their being Discriminated Againt With Legitimate medical Conditions Furthurmore Why should i Have to be in Constant Pain when my Insurance provides The financial Cost to Pay for The medications i need for my Medical Conditions.
